Wednesday – Portrait Class – Koffler Centre for the Arts
9:30am-4:00pm / October 29 - December 17 (8 weeks) / $280 per half day, includes model fees (note – students may register for full or half day sessions)
This class offers an excellent opportunity for intermediate to advanced artists to work with the model over a sustained, costumed pose. Good lighting, great models, informative lessons make this course a great way to grow your painting or drawing skills.

Thursday – The Figure and Beyond – Life Drawing Class – Neilson Park Creative Centre
6:30pm-9:30pm / October 2 - December 4 (10 weeks) $250 for members, $270 for non-members, plus $55 model fees
This intermediate life drawing course will still focus on the always-necessary warmup gestures and other observational drawing exercises, but will also open the door to more challenging projects and materials to help you develop your personal expression and mark-making based on the human form.

Friday, November 7 – Figure Drawing Workshop – St. Joseph’s High School, Mississauga
8:30am-1:00pm
This one-day fun but intensive workshop will focus on gesture, contour and value study drawings as a prep for students developing a portfolio for college entrance.
Saturday & Sunday, November 15-16 – Figure Painting Workshop – Manotick Art Association
9:00am-4:00pm
This two-day intensive workshop will focus on composition and colour with loads of tips and tricks on the process of painting from the figure. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of smaller studies as well as one longer painting.
